รับสมัคร เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (อสังหาริมทรัพย์)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- แนะนำลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดต่างๆของพื้นที่ (ประเภทของพื้นที่ , ราคา , ช่วงเวลาที่สามารถย้ายเข้าได้ เป็นต้น)
- พบลูกค้าและพาเข้าชมพื้นที่ต่างๆ
- เจรจากับลูกค้าเพื่อยื่นข้อเสนอให้กับเจ้าของพื้นที่ รวมไปถึง การเตรียมเอกสารสัญญาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการเช่าอยู่ (มีแบบฟอร์มให้)

คุณสมบัติ
- สัญชาติไทยเท่านั้น
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ (ในระดับที่สื่อสารได้)
- อายุระหว่าง 20-35 ปี
- มีความขยัน มุ่งมั่น เรียนรู้ได้เร็ว
- อัธยาศัยดี ซื่อสัตย์ มีวินัย
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ Microsoft Office

ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการทำงานด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์
ทางบริษัทมีการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการทำงานเพื่อความเข้าใจและความชำนาญที่มากขึ้น

ที่ตั้งบริษัท
- BTS พระโขนง , กรุงเทพ

ค่าตอบแทน
- เงินเดือนประจำ 15000 + ค่าคอมมิชชั่น

Requirements 
•    Bachelor degree required - fresh graduates are welcomed 
•    Thai national (20 - 35 years of age) 
•    Good listening skills, and ability to understand people needs
•    Enthusiasm, Integrity, Discipline 
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
•    Good command in English 
•    Experience is not required full training will be given to the right candidate. 

Compensation
•    Basic salary 15,000/month + commissions
