1.Ensuring that the inspectors have correctly filled “Mission Traceability Sheet” & “Mission Time Sheets”. If not, communicate with the site manager and the team leaders to get the necessary information.
2.Update AntiFog database of mission according to the received and confirmed documents.
3.Reporting the site activities through Antifog after completed the informations on each day.
4.Prepare special,extra reports according to customer requirements.
5.Verbal, Phone and Mail communication with our partners and the internal team.
6.Preparation of mission files and ensuring proper filing & storing of all record documents.
7.Keep updated the mission list follow up file with all required information.

1. อายุ 24-30 ปี

2. ระดับการศึกษา : ปวช - วุฒิปริญาตรี หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารธุรกิจ

3. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ขยัน มีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่

4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี

5. สามารถพูดคุยสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้

6. เข้ากับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้ดี มีความอดทน ซื่อสัตย์

7. หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้เลย จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
