Your Role :
The Candidate shall have the experience level to lead a project team, coordinate with consultants and interface with clients. The ability to develop team and client relationships is essential, as well as setting design strategy. The designer will be a curious and creative thinker, capable of developing design ideas in both 2D and 3D mediums. The designer shall have good understanding of spatial relationships, as well as the ability to work with project criteria and planning requirements. The designer must have strong design sensibilities, an eye for composition, and a strong sense of scale, proportion and spatial quality.

What You Will Do :
• Work and lead a design team to develop solutions and ideas for various types of architecture, interior architecture and design within both residential and hospitality projects.
• Generating hand drawn and computer drawings for study of design ideas within team setting, as well as story boards and material studies.
• Technical proficiency in developing details and material studies and documentation.
• Produce CAD and 3D drawings for development of design solutions and final presentations, as well as supporting material for design solutions.
• Interaction with clients, meetings and design presentations.

1. 10+ years related experience in an architectural firm.

2. Highly proficient working knowledge of ArchiCAD , Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop and Sketchup. Grasshopper, 3D Studio Max and REVIT is a plus

3. Strong planning abilities and have the ability to mentor team members, offer guidance and leadership.

4. A good working knowledge of materials and connectivity to the vendor network.

5. Built examples of architectural projects; residential, hospitality and commercial projects etc.

6. Good team spirit. Strong sense of personal responsibility and dedication to their work and the work of their team.
