To establish, develop, lead and manage a team of Distribution expert to perform the following duties:
• Gather requirements and perform system impact analysis
• Design, Develop, optimize and maintain best in class Direct marketing and Agency channels platforms including, but not limited to, micro-sites and mobile applications, in order to both provide top class customer experience and ROI on marketing expense
• Design, develop and maintain dynamic sales performance and productivity reports to allow Top management, Direct marketing, and Agency team to gain insights into key drivers and any operational issues
• Design and develop databases for Direct marketing and Agency Channels or related departments
• Automate routine reports and processes to increase the channel’s efficiency
• Support Direct marketing and Agency Channel in any technology-related work to ensure its success in digital marketing as well as to maintain its competitive edge in the traditional telemarketing business

1. Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science

2. At least 3 years of experience in programming (web-based front end applications)

3. Previous experience in sales performance analysis and sales commission computation are highly advantageous

4. The person should be highly analytical with good sense of numbers, as well as strong front end & database programming capability

5. Proficiency with .NET Framework MVC, PHP, JavaScript and SQL Server Database

6. Must be a good team player and possess can-do / can-learn attitudes
